Yes, hard boiled eggs would have been a good thing! We are going on vacation in a week and I'm already thinking about food I can bring that will be healthy and easy to manage while driving and while we are there. We're staying in a cabin with a small kitchen so I can bring some frozen food that I've made earlier - I always have some of that on-hand for those days I don't feel like cooking.

Hi! Thanks for stopping by my blog! Thanks for your encouraging words! Today, I did 2 sessions of strength training, and walked am and pm, for a total of 3.33 miles. I feel exhilariting and quite strong. Walking is the only thing that makes me lose belly fat and strength training prevents osteoporosis and makes me feel powerful.
