I will begin yoga, continue running and lose the 25 pounds!
I plan to get a really good yoga DVD and run 3-4 times a week, 5 miles a day and 7-10 miles on Saturdays, and get rid of the "white substances" in my diet, one at a time. Whites such as refined sugars, flour, starches...and replace them with vegatables and fruits.
I am a child of the King!
I can do all things through Him who gives me strength!
