A New Me

I want my 40's to be my best years ever..
When i was 32 i weighed 220 pounds my smallest was 119 back in 2009. Since then i have been gaining i know it is because i am in the early stages of menapause but i refuse to just let myself go. So now i am at 145 and i know i have to do something before i hit 220 again.
