You have to keep on pushing. You have to keep on moving. When all seems lost and you've done everything you can, continue to stand.

You will get there! You will achieve your goal (s). The hardest part is not giving up, the hardest part is to keep going.

One day at a time. One small step at a time. You are more than a conqueror!

You'll start to feel the changes on the inside before you see them on the outside. And that is the most important part. If you feel good on the inside, it will reflect that on the outside.

This time I am serious. I am moving forward. I am starting this journey at 180lbs (Oct. 2/2009). my goal to eat healthy and workout consistently. I can do this. wE CAN DO THIS!
I haven't purchased a weight scale, yet and honestly, I don't think I am because I tend to get discouraged when the numbers don't change.

So far, I am enjoying seeing the results in the mirror.

UPDATE: (Oct. 27/2009) Stepped on the scale...drum roll please ... 172lbs! YEAH BABY! LEt's do this. 8 pounds gone. See ya!

November 6, 2009: scale read 170lbs!! WOOHOO. I have dropped two pounds since the last time I stepped on the scale. So happy!
Gotta keep on pushing. Keep moving forward.

60 miles walk/run by Nov. 7.
1. The Doctor Ian's plan. Stage 2.
2. Get a healthy snack a night
3. Run a 10K by Feb.
4. Encourage myself by reading other success stories.
5. I will not be defeated. I will not quit.


My Program:
1. 3 miles a day.
2. six cups of water a day
3. No more fastfoods.
4. No more sweets for until November.
