I have always battled my weight. I even battled it when it wasn't a problem. I believe that we all have certain truths about ourselves...I hate to admit this, but I hide behind this weight. I refuse to do it anymore. What, exactly, am I scared of? I guess we'll find out.

Goals and Rewards:

5 lbs - go out to a movie of my choice (chick flick here I come)
10 lbs - pedicure
15 lbs - new pair of workout pants
20 lbs - new pair of jeans
25 lbs - (half way mark) new hair cut and color
30 lbs - new gym shoes
35 lbs - facial
40 lbs - new make-up
45 lbs - new jacket or dress
50 lbs - weekend in Gatlinburg!!!

BONUS!!! If I lose 65 lbs - Laser teeth whitening

My Goals:
Become healthy through weight loss.
I need to lose 50 lbs. That's the first goal. After that, I will move onto the next goal.
Another one of my goals is to overcome the fear of the camera. I have it now for a good reason...but I want to be able to smile when my picture is taken...not hide!

My Program:
Realize that I have to set specific goals.

30 is coming swiftly! I need to make changes and now!

Other Information:
I am horrible at sticking to routines. They bore me, but are necessary to accomplish almost anything. So, my biggest goal is to learn how to make my routine interesting and still see results.
