Jan. 2013 Aint No Stopping me NOW! I changed my exercise routine! I am walking more. Decided to change it up. Am going to Power Walk with Jillian 2-3 miles 5 days a week. Jan. 2013 Aint No Stopping me NOW! I changed my exercise routine! I am walking more. Decided to change it up. Am going to Power Walk with Jillian 2-3 miles 5 days a week. Upper body toning 3 days a week and Zumba 2 or 3 days a week! Last year I was taking it kinda easy with 1 mile a few times a week. Now I'm gonna really Work it! I am Drinking more water and I take the farthest parking spot at work. I walk to the ladies room that is 585 steps away from my desk instead of the one that is 45 steps away. **************************************** ******* Tues. Aug.28th Dusted off old faithful this morning. Drank some nice cool water & got on my treadmill at 5:30 am! Have been procrastinating & procrastinating! Right Now I feel FANTASTIC! Did a mile in 20 minutes at 3% incline at 3 mph. I know for some super athletes that is nothing to brag about but I am bragging SparkPeople! It has been so long since I have used my treadmill I practically forgot how to use all the settings. Three, four years ago I walked a mile every single day! Any words of encouragement to help keep me going would be greatly appreciated! Have a Super Day! **************************************** ************** Tues. July 13th I did great with drinking my water today. I made a Motivation Collage! Using motivation quotes and pics from sparkpeople. I printed them out in color but I made them different sizes and cut them out with different edges. I bought some poster board last weekend and laid out a design and glued them on. There was a huge empty wall in my bedroom. Now I can read those quotes each morning as I'm dressing for work! I'm psyched. HELLO PEOPLE! HOW ARE WE DOING? JUST WANTED TO SHARE SOMETHING I'VE FOUND VERY HELPFUL. I'm using the Fit N Fresh lunch containers, food prep. They are great. They make packing lunch and planning much easier! Wow! I'm excited, looking forward to a new stage in my life AND a Brand New Me!
