Thanks for commenting on mu clothing Sizes Blog. I think that I'm just going to quit stressing about it and start enjoying the fact that I fit in a smaller size period! emoticon

uhm I sorta think that's your issue. I think you can see the background of my page is a pic of my daughter and I, right? I want to feel proud of a pic for myself. It doesn't mean there aren't any pics of us.

Good morning! I just read your comment on the Happy Meal blog, and I aree with you that it's ALL marketing. I am actually disgusted by it. They are NOT making anything better, they are NOT giving us any options that didn't already exist. Right now if I buy the occasional Happy Meal for my kids when we're out of town, I already order the apples, they never get fries. The current bag of apples has 3.1 ounces in it. The new serving will be 1.2 ounces. So even when I "opt out" of fries and double the apples, I'll only be getting 2.4 ounces of apples. So McDonald's will now be charging me the same amount of money for LESS apples! But they come out in the media looking like champions for health. It makes me sick. And yes, parents will be allowed to "opt out" of apples altogether and get double fries, too. It will still be less than they get now, but I think that's small consolation. I figure 3 things will now happen - parents that don't know the options will throw the apples away because their children aren't used to eating fruit and will refuse them - parents will opt for the double fries option - parents will actually order an additional, larger order of fries ON TOP of the Happy Meal to placate their children. I don't see how McDonald's is helping at all.

Thanks for visiting my blog and posting your dramatic comment. It gave me a much needed laugh. I didn't throw the chocolate away. It's still on my desk. I may need a little chocolate here in the next few days. ;)

Thanks for posting on my blog. I sure hope my family has some great memories from my Activity Plan for the year. You mentioned that my list inspired you to make a list of active things to do this year. Please make sure you share them. They may help me, and others, find other activities that haven't been considered. And because I am looking forward to that list I am adding you as a friend. Hope you don't mind. Have a happy new year and here's hoping 2011 will be the best year ever and the year we meet our health adn fitness goals.
