Journy to a New Me!

I'm Veronica. 21 years old. On my way to a thinner, healthier, happier me! My starting weight for SP is 291 and my ultimate goal weight is 130. I currently work part time as a hair stylist and part time as a sales associate at beauty supply store. I graduated from cosmetology school in December and would eventually like to back to school for...something, I have so many things that I would love to do that I just can't seem to make up my mind yet. I'm Veronica. 21 years old. On my way to a thinner, healthier, happier me! My starting weight for SP is 291 and my ultimate goal weight is 130. I currently work part time as a hair stylist and part time as a sales associate at beauty supply store. I graduated from cosmetology school in December and would eventually like to back to school for...something, I have so many things that I would love to do that I just can't seem to make up my mind yet. Up until the end of high school I was active in dance and horseback riding (I used to own a horse, but had to sell) and one of my biggest goals is to get back into riding (and eventually owning again).
My biggest healthy lifestyle goals right now are
1) Choose better meal and snack options (i.e. more fruits/veggies, more whole grains - and less fast food!)
2) Choose to eat smaller portions
3) Strength train and get in my cardio as often as possible.
4) Make sure to drink enough water (and less soda, alcohol, etc.)
5) Make sure to get a good amount of sleep.
I'm so excited to become a part of this community, reach my goals, and become the best me that I can be!

Hi Veronica, thanks for the add. Seems like we are heading in the same direction with around the same wt loss goals, give or take a few pounds. Hopefully, we can keep each other motivated and accountable. Remember, take one day at a time and dont beat yourself up for falling down. Just get back up and brush yourself off.
