Desperate for a Change!
Hey all, my name is Ronni. I've battled weight issues my whole life. I need help! I'm only 23 yrs old and obese! I'm here for your support and encouragement! My Goals:
I have been workin out the past 2 years. I've only lost ten lbs! I need to change my eating habbits. I would like to lose 50 lbs before the first of next year.
My Program:
I go to the gym 3 times a week for about 2-3 hours. I try to eat healthy but when money's tight, it's hard to always buy healthy things because they always seem to run a little pricey.
