I've been on the treadmill for an hour at ranging from 6-15% incline and speed between 3.0 and 5.0. I don't stay at 5.0 for very long! Also, there has been no weight or body fat loss. I'm frustrated.

WOW!! Awesome job on your weight loss. 6.5 lbs in 3 weeks!! Your going to be at your goal in no time at that rate. And you have convinced me to start drinking lemon water!!
