Hello SP,
I am here to not only work on myself but also to offer any encouragement and/or advice to anyone interested.
After losing a significant amount of weight (HELL YEA!) My body came to a stand still. No matter how hard I worked out, I wasn't losing any more at all and no progress was being made.
So.....I decided to maintain a healthy nutrition and workout regularly.
Watch me....I'm determined!
