My Goals:
1. Stop drinking pop.

2. Stop over eating.

3. Drink more water.

4. Complete my 30 minute routine every morning.

5. Remember I can only reach my goal one day at a time.



My Program:
I get up early, I drink a tall glass of water, complete a 30 minute routine, drink more water, then I hit the shower. Sometimes I may go add to the time of the workout.

Other Information:
I tell myself to stop saying diet. It's a Life Style change. Diet has an ending. A Healthy Life remains the same. So, think healthy and live a healthy life, this way there'll be less pain less strife. A healthy body has a healthy mind. You can reach your goal one day at a time.

Hey Vernar! Its Yoel, how are you doing? Good I hope! Thank you for taking my words as well as you did. I really wish many more would do so as well. People need to be more accountable for what they do and eat! But thats why we are all here at SP. Even I cheat myself at times!

Welcome to 100 Plus Club! You'll find plenty of support and encouragement here. No question is too stupid to ask, so post away and we'll all put in our two cents worth. Utilize all the tools SP has to offer. I find tracking my food and exercise most helpful. Good luck on your weight loss journey!
