    I'm so sorry you are sick, sweetie! However, I'm really concerned about your weight-loss plan. Your body needs a minimum of 1500 calories daily to stay healthy. Cutting too many calories will force your body to burn sugar. Anything below 1500 calories enters your body into starvation mode, which (when prolonged) will actually cause you to gain weight because that is your body's natural defens to being starved. This is commonly known as the yo-yo diet.

    Eating that few calories and working out as much as you do could be what made you so sick. I understand that you really want to lose the weight, but it's not an overnight fix. It takes time and your goal should be to lose no more than 2-3 pounds per week.

    I sincerely hope you feel better soon... try the "BRAT" diet... Bananas, Rice ceareal, Applesauce, Toast... If you can stomach the bananas, move to the rice cereal, etc...
