It's My Time

I'm ready to get to work! I love putting everyone else first, but it's time I take control of my life and get my health under control. Before I had children I could eat anything I wanted and never had to exercise. It's a very hard habit to break. I'm an emotional eater, a bored eater and an overeater...so I could pretty much eat all the time. I've tried dieting seriously once before and lost about 35 lbs then had to have emergency gall bladder surgery. After that I fell back into my old habits ...

I'm ready to be healthy and happy with myself; to run and play with my kids and my wonderful husband!!!
