I would love to get 6 pack abs or just lose a few lbs. along the way.
My Program:
1 - drink 8 glasses of water
2 - stay w/in nutrition range
3 - cardio 10 minutes min.
4 - positive spark posts
5 - dishes & laundry
6 - prepare meals in advance
7- play w/the kids
8- get 8 hours of sleep
9-Strength train 3x/week
10-try to keep oprganized
