My best friend April, told me about Spark People in 2009 so I thought I would try it too and see if it could work for me.

I am now back on track. I have lost 14.2 pounds in the 3 weeks that I have been back tracking my calories through Spark People. For the 1st time in at least a couple years I am under 200 pounds and while I don't see the weight loss yet I do feel it in my clothes.

I am staying motivated and even exercising. I even have my husband helping me. I actually told him my real weight and everything. something I would have never done before. I guess that shows how serious I am about this.

Congrats on your loss. I lost 10 pounds in 4 weeks and have not lost anything in a week and a half. I am working out an hour a day, eating about 1400- 1500 calories a day and am stuck. I am hoping that my scale will move on Monday my weigh in day. I am 84 pounds away from my goal!

What is the food plan you where on to begin with?

Today I am 3 weeks and 3 days in.

I've lost another 1.6 pounds for a total of 16.2 pounds in 3 weeks and 3 days. Woot Woot!

I am still eating way more then before and still staying full! I can't believe how well this is working. I believe I might actually make my goals this time. When I loose the next 17.2 pounds, I will be back down to the weight I was when I first started this program in 2009, before I lost the initial 20 + pounds I had lost before, before gaining back more then 53 pounds since then.

I have been weighing myself with no clothes on. Today just to see, after I weighed myself with no clothes I put my clothes on and weighed 2 pounds more. Even then I am still under 200 pounds. I am so happy with my progress.

This is amazing to me. I really feel like I will actually meet all my goals, short and long term!

OK today is 3 weeks sine I started this diet. I have lost another 1/2 inch from my hips and another inch from my waist, neck & thighs and I have lost 13.2 pounds. I was stuck on 12 pounds the last 4 days so very happy to be down another 1.2 pounds since Monday.

For the 1st time in probably at least a couple years, I am under 200 pounds!!!!! So Happy!!!!

Today is my 2 week mark and I am down 10.2 pounds total. I have lost another inch from my hips and waist. That is a total of 3/12 inches from my waist and 2 inches from my hips.

Staying excited and still encouraged to keep this up. Can't wait until I can see the difference. I feel it. I just don't see it yet.
