I am now back on track. I have lost 14.2 pounds in the 3 weeks that I have been back tracking my calories through Spark People. For the 1st time in at least a couple years I am under 200 pounds and while I don't see the weight loss yet I do feel it in my clothes.

I am staying motivated and even exercising. I even have my husband helping me. I actually told him my real weight and everything. something I would have never done before. I guess that shows how serious I am about this.

As you all well know by now, I have been doing a program through Sparkpeople.com where I am counting calories and making sure that what I am eating is 50% carbs, 30% healthy fats and 20% protein. I started this program on 1/16/2015. My ultimate goal is to lose 98.4 pounds. My starting weight on 1/16/15 was 213.4 pounds. My goal weight is 115. Through this program if I lose only the weight I am scheduled to lose through this program Spark People says I will reach my goal weight by 12/26/15.

So far I have made and met many mini goals along the way:

1) Lose 10 pounds by 1/31/15 – Done
2) Lose 20 pounds by 2/28/15 – Done
3) Lose 30 Pounds by 3/27/15 – Done / Original goal was to lose 30 pounds by 7/1/15/I met that goal 4 month early.
4) Lose 40 Pounds by 4/30/15 – Done
5) Lose 50 pounds by 5/31/15 – Done / Original goal was to lose 50 pounds by 10/1/15/I met that goal 5 months early.
6) I will fit into my size 10 pants by 7/1/15 / I fit into my size 10’s by 5/1/15/ 2 months early.

As of today 5/28/15 I have lost 50.4 pounds and did it 3 days before my current goal deadline. My current weight is 163. If you would have asked me last Sunday if I thought I would honestly meet this month’s goals I would have said NO, because I still had almost 2 pounds to lose and only a week to do it. I was not happy with the thought of not reaching my goal by the deadline, SO I put in a little more effort, slightly cut my calories a little more for a couple days and Tada, I got (more than hoped for) results!

I have gone from a size 14/16 to a size 8/10 depending on the cloths. I have no doubt I’ll be in 6/8’s soon, at the very least a size 7! I am WAY AHEAD of schedule, meeting or exceeding every goal (so far) on or before my deadline dates. While it’s getting increasingly harder, that just means I have to try harder.

In addition to pounds lots I have done the following:
• Waist – have gone from 45.5 to 35 for a total loss of 10.5 inches
• Hips – have gone from 49 to 39 for a total loss of 10 inches
• Thighs – have gone from 24 to 19.5 for a total loss of 4.5 inches
• Calves – have gone from 14 to 13 for a total loss of 1 inch / just started measuring my calves in May so don’t know what I was at from Jan to April
• Arms – have gone from 14 to 12 for a total loss of 2 inches
• Neck – have gone from 15 to 13.5 for a total loss of 1.5 inches

My next mini goals are:

• Lose 60 pounds by 6/30/15
• Lose 70 pounds by 7/31/15
• Lose 80 pounds by 8/31/15
• Lose 90 pounds by 9/30/15
• And finally lose 98.4 pounds by 10/31/12 (which would be almost 2 months head of original goal)

I know it’s going to continue to get harder and harder but I won’t give up! Thank you all for your continued support and encouragement. You don’t know how much you’re all keeping me motivated. Thank you for putting up with my constant posts updating my progress!

I am excited to get to the end of the line and cannot wait to reach my ultimate goal of being down to 115 pounds. I am over half way there now and I won’t settle for anything less! I am determined and motivated and I WILL HAVE SUCCESS!!!!!

Ok, so tomorrow will be 4 months since I started this weight loss program on 1/16/2015. I weighed 213.4 on 1/16/2015. I lost 20 pounds by 2/28, 32 pounds by 3/27, 42 pounds by 4/30. My goal is to be down 50 pounds by 5/31 with my ultimate goal of being down 98.4 pounds by 12/26/2015 to be at 115. As of this mornings weigh in I am now down 47.2 pounds, weighing in at 166.2. Only 1.2 more pounds to by 1/2 weigh to my ultimate goal and 2.8 pounds away from reachimg my 5/31/15 goal. I am also now 20 pounds lighter then I was when I married my husband 4/11/2009.

Hold On .. I have to catch my breath.. OK I may be able to do this.. I am so sorry but you page just got me.. I love the pictures and I love animals.. but I think I love the Donkey one the best and will have to go get a better look.. Now I have lost 10 minutes of laughing ad I am late signing on.. But I guess God knew I needed that laugh... Welcome to the team and well I care and we are going to do this together... I am the name that is my name.. Jane.. That is how nutty I am It asked me for a name and well I put it down.. my dog picture is debatable.. I think it anger one friend.. She thinks I should change it.. But it is me Country all the way.. Tiffit, yes I am still weighing myself everyday. I haven't been posting here because I almost never get encouragement from others on my page. I have a very close nit group of friends that share my almost daily results with. I also share with my Facebook friends and family once in a while.

I have been doing my program for 11 weeks today. As of last Friday (my 10 week mark) I was down 33.2 pounds. My Birthday was last Saturday, they had cake at work then again on Sunday my friend and I who shared a birthday weekend had cake at a little get together another friend had for us and yet another friends Sunday night got me to eat another small piece of cake and of course my husband took me to dinner and he shared a piece of cake and ice cream. He ate most of it. All of my pieces of cake that weekend were small and I thought I was ok because I followed my program otherwise.

Monday still showed a loss of another 8 ounces but by Tuesday the scale went up 1.5 pounds then Wednesday up 8 ounces, Thursday back down 1 pound and I am afraid to do my weigh in this morning and take my measurements. I am hoping to be back down to 180.2 or less. which would be at least 33.2 pounds down. Thankfully I don't have another birthday for a year.
