Starting again

I am 34, married for 10 years with 2 kids. I have tried to loose weight but after struggling I finally gave up. I am going to try again, but this time I will be doing it right. I am going to see my doctor to see if there is anything medical going on with me that could be causing problems. Then, it is diligence.

I would like to loose about 8-10 lbs a month, with an overall total of 127lbs.

My Program:
I am starting out with changing my eating habits and excercising for at least 10 mins a day. As I loose the weight I know my plan will change.
