Getting control of my eating for the first time in 18 yrs

I am married with 2 kids. I have been struggling with eating disorders since Jr. High. I started out being to thin and not eating, then it switched. I have been over weight since I had my first child. up until recently I did not keep a full length mirror because I didn't want to admit to myself how big I got. My Goals:
I would like to loose about 8-10 lbs a month, with an overall total of 127lbs.

My Program:
I am starting out with changing my eating habits and excercising for at least 10 mins a day. As I loose the weight I know my plan will change.

It is about pointing yourself in the direction of growth,
training yourself to get comfortable with your highest potential,
and then taking small steps to support that shift.
