Focused on FIT!

I've used Spark several times in the past with great results!

I'm hoping to make my time on SP this time a lifelong commitment of health and wellness rather than months of me fixing me only to fall off the wagon again!

Another big step in my journey? LOVING fitness and building muscle! I've really enjoyed added strength training, CrossFit, Bike Riding, Rowing, Yoga and so much more to my life this time around! I also just recently started running and run my first 5k ...

The me outside of my workouts? I'm a 31 year old Quality Consultant who works with medical devices. I'm happily married for just over a year now, and have a beautiful 7 year old step daughter. I love to read, cook, watch scary tv shows and movies and spending time with my friends. I throw darts, drink beer, love Steelers football and am amazingly good at Cards Against Humanity!

My Goals:
I've had the pleasure of reaching many past goals here on spark!

This time around - it's about fixing my lifestyle once again - and being happy with the process rather than the hard # results.

And it's about getting as FIT as possible. I'm looking to drop my body fat, increase my overall body structure and gain some good muscles!

My Program:
I stick to my 1200-1550 calories a day - staying strict with my meal tracker.

My focus this time around is more group activities, more time outside with the pups, and cooking healthy for more people in my life.

Personal Information:
I have a tattoo on my butt - is that personal enough? :-)

Other Information:
I'm training for my first 1/2 Marathon on March 13th, 2016. Before December 2015 I wasn't really much of a runner - and always loathed running portions of workouts.

But I CAN and WILL finish that race!

Thanks SO MUCH for your words of insight on my status. I have thought the same thing about cleanses. (that they were probably gimmicks) BUT, I have been sick TWICE of late, been sluggish, have dark circles around my eyes, my skin is dried out, and now woke up this morning with a cold sore!! I am just starting to think that my body may be revolting against me for some reason and I don't know why!! LOL! I do and will admit I have not gotten back in my normal pattern of working out like I normally do since Christmas vacation. I know it's not an excuse, but I just got out of routine. Not only did the holiday throw me off, but when I got home I started a new job, so had a change in schedule, then got sick myself, so I think things have just been hectic for me. I think I need to try what you said. I just need to get OUTSIDE! Get some sunshine, air, and more water!! My system will work itself out in time. Thanks again SP friend!
