Starting from the Beginning

I'm great at cooking healthy as long as I cook. So I want to make at least 6 dinners and 7 breakfasts a week. I need to get back in the swing of exercising. I plan on doing more walking, starting yoga again, and doing some NIA or Zumba.

How cool is it that the blogger I've been following for quite awhile, is a SparkMember! Hi, I'm Carol! I really did not need another team, but I took over the crock pot team when all the leaders left.

I love your oatmeal series, and have made several of them. I make gingerbread oatmeal about every other month, which is my take on your recipe. I eat oatmeal for breakfast and hot crock pot soup all year long. I'm an omnivore who eats alot of veggies, but I love most of your crock pot recipes (though I'm with the other girl who posted - no eggplant for me). I especially loved the section on how you described the produce and farmer's market stuff - VERY well written, pictorial, lovely, I just had to post that part too because I loved it (I usually post the recipe only, no intro or editorials).
