The WAVES way!!
This year it took me a while to find my resolution, and then someone sent me something in a email and it fit perfictly so I am going to use it as my own W hole foods only - looks like it does in nature, A ttitude of gratitude - so if you're eating junk, bless it and enjoy it. Vegan foods - love animals and birds, and all the fishes in the deep blue sea, don't eat them, E xercise - half-hour daily. S piritual focus - one hour ...

My Goals:
To Hike the local Mt. and not be out of breath at the top! To wake up each morning feeling fantatic. To live in the moment
My Program:
I will track my food at least 3 days per week and stay in the recomended intake range for 5 days per week. Weight trainning 3x's per week. Yoga 3x's per week Cardio 45 min 4x's per week Get outside everyday and enjoy our world.
Personal Information:
I like to spend time outside in all types of weather (preferably on a beach watching big waves roll in) I live on the west side of BC with my man and four great cats.
Other Information:
I am now trying to be on a whole food diet breaking my addiction to processed veggie stuff and the yummy crispy crunchies with all their chemical goodness.
