My Goals:
I want to feel good, look good, and be less anti-social. SW 240 GW 125. I'm praying that the exercise will help relieve the pain caused by the Fibromyalgia.

My Program:
To place God first and foremost in any decision in my life eating or otherwise.To write journals and travel.

And to keep as focused as possible. The picture I picked for my profile I thought would be appropriate, I need to focus more on a healthy life style; physical and spiritual. I designed this pic for a boss at work, actually it is a mouse pad. He and I were talking about school and I said that I was lazy but he said that if I was lazy I wouldn't be going to school to better myself, I was just not focused. He held up his hand and spelled F-O-C-U-S on each finger. Thus the inspiration for the design. Now every time I see this I try to re-evaluate my life. What am I focused on?

Personal Information:
I have Fibromyalgia, I was diagnosed in. And I am determined not to gain anymore weight. I love to draw and design things on the computer.

My newest love is for weight lifting...IT'S AN ADDICTION! It's always on my mind. As you can see my boy friend is my constant reminder of my goal. I want to be a body builder.

    SW 155.8
    CW 155.2 Gain 1.2 lbs from the 13th
    Fat % 25.6
    Water % 54.3

    Hike Mt. Washington, elevation 6288 ft on the Amonoosuc Ravine Trail on the 20th. Did maybe 1 hr of strength training.

    No offical weigh-in this week, as I have been on vacation and all over the great state of NH. I will not be surprised if there is a weigh gain, as I have been eating foods I'm not use to anymore. Lots of water retention....ugh!

    CW 154 Gain 2.4 lbs
    Fat % 25
    Water % 54.7

    Bootcamp classes this week combined = 2.5 hrs of strength & Cardio circuit training outdoors

    1.5 hr of additional strength training

    I am on Vacation the 15th-22nd. I already foresee another weight gain...ugh!
