Thank you so much! I'm kind of hoping they aren't wrong because after this past week of crap eating, I'd feel like a horrible mother already! I need to get back on track and today is day 1 of that. NO MORE EXCUSES. I don't ENJOY destroying my body. It's the Ambien. Ugh.
Reasons/reminders for staying on track: 1) St. Lucia in exactly 21 days/3 weeks 2) Get a healthy body back for a baby! 3) Feel good in my own skin again. I was confident and then I went and started taking Ambien and again which leads to binges which leads to feeling disgusting 4) Race season. Gotta do good! 5) I do NOT want to start letting myself go like I did last year. NO NO NO I worked way too hard to get here and my body deserves more then that 2206 days ago
