My Healthy Journey

I am a vegan, eating a mostly plant based diet. I try to avoid processed food as much as possible. I do still use store bought almond milk, peanut butter, condiments, and some baking supplies. I only consume oil when not at home. I have lost a little too much weight, so my goal is to gain 15 pounds.
