Losing the Jiggle in my Wiggle

Hi! For most of my teen/ early adult life, I weighed around 150lbs, which was a nice healthy size 8 weight for me. Then I ended up having 3 babies in 2 1/2 years.

My daughter was born in early 2005, and afterwards my weight hovered around 170lbs or so. This past year, I decided to become a surrogate for some close friends of mine. Hi! For most of my teen/ early adult life, I weighed around 150lbs, which was a nice healthy size 8 weight for me. Then I ended up having 3 babies in 2 1/2 years.

My daughter was born in early 2005, and afterwards my weight hovered around 170lbs or so. This past year, I decided to become a surrogate for some close friends of mine. I delivered 2 full-term, healthy twin girls in mid-July. That was about 3 months ago, and I don't want to carry around this baby weight forever! I'm 185lbs, and I can feel that the extra weight is almost aging me. I want to feel my age again, I want to feel healthy again, and I want to be 150lbs again!

I work part-time as a massage therapist in a physical therapy office, so I'm surrounded by *healthy vibes* at work. I've been a licensed massage therapist for a little over 5 years now. I just enrolled in community college. One day, I would love to be a physical therapist/ chiropractor. But college, like weight loss, is all about doing things one day at a time.

My daughter and my husband are my life. They bring me the most happiness I could ever imagine, and I know that making healthy changes in my own life will improve the quality of my family life.
