My name is Chasity & I live in West Virginia. I have been happily married for almost 11 years to the most loving and caring man.

I am & have been a vegetarian for many years. I am now striving to remove all animal products from my diet. I know a lot about nutrition but I still don't eat as healthy as I should.

I find though I do eat better when I am tracking it. I want to be in good physical, emotional, and mental shape.

I have had this page since 2009. But kinda fell off the face of earth when I started having back issues and couldn't find a doc to help me. I have in the last 6 months been seeing a doctor that has helped me alot. And I am hoping to get back on my way to being more healthy and happy with myself. I did lose down to 165lb but have since sadly gained it back. My Goal is 150lbs.

We share my home & our hearts with so many wonderful beings.

Our pups: Chloe, Sophie, & Roxie aka Pibbie or Pibble

The Cats: Storm, Dewy, Copper, Beltane, Moejo, Seven, Mama and her litter: Tuxie, Loki, Lily (Lilith), & Ninja

The Hens: Isis, Mabon, Ivy & Jasmin
and The Roosters: Titan & Stewy ( Stewy as in Family Guy. Stewy is Titans Son but they hate each other)

I have a website about everything from vegan cooking to animal health issues, family issues, traveling, natural food reviews, and vegan item reviews. It kinda goes every where.

Personal Information:
I love music, movies, and books. I can't leave my house without trying to talk my husband into another book. And my favorites are vegan cookbooks. I have an obsessive personality. And my books fall into that obsession. So do horror movies, organization, being a vegetarian, and trying to eat as naturally as possible.

Other Information:
My mind is always working on something new and old at the same time. I would love to do so many things but my thoughts always get in my way.... I love to learn and take in new information. but I am always doing a thousand different things at a time. What am I left to do besides wonder if my brain will ever let me do anything I want to do...
O yeah and my husband said I am very eccentric... lol

    Hahaha I'm trying to get to my goal by halloween and it doesn't look good.. Im at 160.2 and im thinking 157 is not in sight. How'd you do this month??

    Heyy I saw that your doing the 5lbs by halloween 5 lbs by Thanksgiving and 5lbs by Christmas! I wana do that too!! 15 lbs 86 days! (if i did my math correctly :)haha) okie doke goood luck and keep in touch... maybe we can help motivate eachother!!

    Welcome to the living a vegan lifestyle. I am glad that you want to eat healthier. You can do it. We all have trouble getting rid of unwanted habits. I am an emotional eater. Not a good thing LOL. Anyway jump in and join in the fun. You can do this.
