My Goals:
My goals this year are to get back into running and yoga, eat a clean vegan diet.



My Program:
Eat whole, unprocessed foods 95% of the time, with an emphasis on raw green juice and leafy greens.

Break a sweat every day with either Chalean Extreme, Brazil Butt Lift, Jane Fonda, Coach Nicole or any other form of exercise I enjoy.


Personal Information:
I own a plant-based personal chef and catering business.



Other Information:
I'm a compulsive recipe collector, I enjoy scrapbooking, taking pictures, and mostly I love cooking.

Hi there! To answer your question, the first time I was juicing I could only do 20-30 min of exercise a day and skipped many as I was one of the people who didn't have extra energy on it. This time around, I have so much energy that I can do at least 1 hour if not more. My exercise of choice is Zumba, because it doesn't feel like exercise! I love it. I am also going to add swimming. I would recommend that if you do some weights it will help, as you do lose muscle on this plan. I am not that good with that part but will be incorporating it now.
