My Goals:
1. get down to my first goal weight (60kg) - at which point, hopefully goal 2 will also be achieved..
2. fit my old favourite jeans
3. once I have tackled the first two goals, I want to start preparing for my first figure building competition

My Program:
1. eat clean, balanced vegan meals - with the help of the food tracker
2. strength training at least 3 times a week
3. cardio twice a week
4. yoga/meditation at least once a week
5. space meals out to every 3-4 hours and get re-acquainted with the feeling of real hunger!

Personal Information:
I'm from gorgeous New Zealand!! I'm vegetarian but most of the time I eat vegan (but restaurants can be a problem in little old NZ sometimes), and have a fascination with bodybuilding, custom motorbikes, good rock/metal music, photography, and EVERYTHING about the natural world that we live in.

I work fulltime, and am completing a BSc, majoring in Geography part time - my life is hectic, but I love it!

Thanks for the blog comment! My wrist is already gaining some mobility back, it's great. Running won't be a problem. I wish you best of luck on your road to fitness and health. Remember to celebrate every small victory. Find some intrinsic motivators like enjoyment and social interaction in your fitness activities... it will help with long-term adherence. View every sweet or junk food you pass up as a gain instead of a sacrifice. :)
