Thanks for your comment on my blog. Think on this, sweetie: three months ago, I was also 25 lbs heavier and I could not run a full 1:30 minute interval.
You can run...if you WANT to run. It's hard as hell to get started but of you just keep going, it gets easier. My trainer ran his first race (a 10k) at 330 lbs. He was my inspiration (ON2VICTORY). He has now run 7 half marathons, 2 full marathons, lost 117 lbs and is training for a half Iron Man.
If he can do it, I can do it. If I can do it, YOU can do it.
