My Program:
Eating regular meals, at good times, with less fat content and more veggies, eating smaller portions. Once in a while I'll indulge...But not very often...

I saw you'd posted on Relighting the Spark that you were looking for a Buddy. Are you still? I'm looking for one as well. I keep trying to come back to SP but after a few days fall back out of it. I'm hoping to find a buddy to communicate with regularly and motivate each other to make SP a routine again.
