Hey how are you, My weight loss is slow. Im about to blog about my love hate relationship with the scale. lol. I have only lost 5lbs but, I lost 5lbs... and I like the way I look in my clothes now. Cardio is great, you said it! I have forced myself to do 50-100 leg lifts for my lower tummy after my workouts. Hopefully I will see results like yours by the fall! Keep inspiring girl! 2337 days ago
