Good morning Thank you for stopping by my page! So far, I've had no issues with not logging my food. It's working for ME and I'm glad of that. I'm out of the weight loss zone right now, and just trying to live a healthier life.
I have be MIA for quite awhile. I was your post to my blog - the one about letting those occasional treats become daily treats. I'm still wrestling with the same 3-4 pounds and have been for many months. However, like you I continue to workout nearly everyday. I've also tried a trainer mainly to learn new exercises. It helped some. I'm at a new gym now that offers many classes. That is giving me some variety. I like to do 45 on the stairmaster, then follow up with a pilates class.
I know I need to log my food again, but not ready to commit to that yet. I'll start after the holidays and bust out of this plateau.
