Journey of 1000 miles....

Like many people here, I've lost a lot of weight in my life, yet I've never been able to permanently keep it off. In May of 2008 my annual physical revealed how much damage I was doing to my health. I'm determined to live an active and full life, and so I'm building a healthy body to make the journey in.

Impressive statistics - especially with regard to the turnaround in your BP, Body Comp., Blood Tests, and Clothing Size. emoticon

Truly inspirational! So thank you for the encouragement. emoticon

I especially appreciate the specificity of your S.M.A.R.T. goals and persistent simplicity of your program. emoticon

I too look forward - with great anticipation - to the day when I will return to my former, perhaps even teenage weight. Thank you again for encouraging a fellow-Portlander!

Kind regards,

K
