My Goals:
My goal is to drop a few more pounds but mostly to continue to live in a healthy way. That means making good choices most of the time and letting myself off the hook when I occasionally make a bad choice.


My Program:
Basically this is what I do -

I'm tracking my food, measuring portions and eating 4 fruits and 4 vegetables a day.

I'm also doing cardio (walk/jog & elliptical) and strength sessions regularly.

I particpate in various teams and try to encourage others.

Personal Information:
I enjoy playing brass music with my friends, and playing piano for my own amusement. Off and on I'm working on a quilt.
I also have started running again after more than 5 years away from it. It's not that I absolutely love running, but it's great exercise you can do anywhere.

Other Information:
Live in North Carolina. Enjoy reading mysteries and history, most American. Current books on the bedside table include a John Adams biography, a lightweight history of Ancient Rome and several murder mysteries.

"Beautiful Woman Award! Once you've been given this award, you have to paste it on the wall of 8 women who deserve it. If you receive more than 3, you know you're really beautiful! If you break the chain, nothing will happen, but it's always good to know someone thinks you're beautiful inside and out"
