My Goals:
My goal is to drop a few more pounds but mostly to continue to live in a healthy way. That means making good choices most of the time and letting myself off the hook when I occasionally make a bad choice.
My Program:
Basically this is what I do - I'm tracking my food, measuring portions and eating 4 fruits and 4 vegetables a day. I'm also doing cardio (walk/jog & elliptical) and strength sessions regularly. I particpate in various teams and try to encourage others.
Personal Information:
I enjoy playing brass music with my friends, and playing piano for my own amusement. Off and on I'm working on a quilt. I also have started running again after more than 5 years away from it. It's not that I absolutely love running, but it's great exercise you can do anywhere.
Other Information:
Live in North Carolina. Enjoy reading mysteries and history, most American. Current books on the bedside table include a John Adams biography, a lightweight history of Ancient Rome and several murder mysteries.
