Vaygirl's Sanctuary

In October 2007 I lost 63 lbs on the Weight Watchers Core program. Fast forward 6 years and I've put almost all of it back on. I'm focusing on healthy foods and keeping track. No junk!

I have a big fast food problem. I'll be working on eliminating that too.

For the past two months I've been working very hard on reorganizing and keeping my home clean. It's starting to become habit instead of effort. Now I want to focus a little more on me.

My Goals:
I want to be healthier. I want to get out of the house and explore with my dog. I want to go into the city with my husband and not be worn out after a half hour.

My Program:
Tracking here at sparkpeople. Staying away from fast foods. Exercising at least 5 days a week. Committing to challenges and finishing them!
