My Deja Vu

I am the type that is prone to weight gain, and was overweight as a child and a teen. Then I took hold of myself and got down to a stable 180 lbs with almost daily running and a good diet. This lasted several years up until I got married and really busy. Finally I am back where i started last. With a max weight of 262lbs I have recently dropped down to 246 and want to continue this trend.
