Hey, thank you very much for your comment! I am going to be modest and say that I haven't really accomplished a great deal simply because I have only really been on the fitness bug for a little over a month steady. I will get that true sense of gratification and accomplishment once I have been at it for upwards of a year. I see fitness as a drug, it takes a period of time to really get hooked on it. The way I see it, I think 3 months is the cutoff. If you can go three months steady, then you're hooked!
It looks like - just by reading your intro - that you are well on your way. You establish accountability, but you also show that you are resilient despite what you perceive to be challenges. Even though I don't know you, I am still proud of you for achieving what you have in the martial arts realm. That is something I was never able to get into myself! I have every bit of confidence that you will achieve your goals and then some. Heck, if you need someone to help you keep up in your pace, I am only an email away. Don't worry, I'll be sure to give you the verbal kick in the rear to get you back in the right direction; I don't believe in giving people shoulders to cry on! Stay motivated and no matter what...KEEP DIGGING DEEP!!! 2010 days ago
