I have lost hundreds of pounds, through starvation, crazy diets and I am sick and tired of being overweight and unhealthy. I was gaining weight when my Mom died 9 months ago and I have grown exponetially. I am ready for support, encouragement, and discipline to learn another way to live forever.
Starting the 3rd week--not counting, but documenting. I have realized it is a total attitude adjustment that controls it all. Eliminating the gooey desserts was the first step for me. I continue to go days with no dessert as I know that is my downfall. I will still have a treat now and then, but it is a skinny cow ice cream or sugar free pudding. I use the tools that SP has that are making me accountable!!I have not gone over my allotted calories for a day and I continue to move daily in one form or another. Prayer is also is another layer of expressing of my desires. I know God knows, but I love thanking him for my daily successes.

My Goals:
Loose 15 pounds by October 10th. My Daughter is getting married. The key for me will be to set a new goal when that one has been met. Last year I met my goal and then totally let it go.

Eat less and Move some everyday!

Take time for meditation and prayer to guide me.

Rely more on the God that I have come to have an intimate relationship with in the last 18 months.

Work/life/balance alignment.

My Program:
I am trying to eat around 1000-1400 calories a day.

I want to drink at least 4 glasses of water a day

3 fruits/vegs a day

I swim everyother day, but I would like to start walking . I have always disliked exercise, but I know to loose weight I have to start MOVING!!!!! I also know when the weather changes I won't be able to swim.

Personal Information:
I live in Wake Forest NC with my 14 year old son and 4 cats. I love to entertain and have friends over. I also work in sales and love my job!
