Thank you for your condolences. His parents held a news conference today, thanking all the people that helped them search for their son. Koty had been missing for 40 days. I didn't recognize my nephew, grief had taken such a toll on him. I cried as he tried to keep his composure while reading through reading his notes.

Dakota lives in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He is a grad student at Duquesne University and works for JB Hunt Trucking. He went to high school at Brunswick High School, then got a degree at West Virginia University.

None of the local stations are carrying news about him. Nearly all of his family live in Maryland.

Welcome to No S, Vanna. I hope you know that if you have any conditions that your doctor has recommendations for that would alter No S, those trump No S. If you do have those conditions, but s/he okays the plan, proceed as planned.

Remember that you can ease your way in. I've known of several people who had a snack during the hardest part of the day at first and were able to drop it without much trouble later.

If I had it to do over again, I would have made more of an effort to change my activities on S days for several weeks.

Gently and lovingly, start thinking about what else your life is going to be about when you don't have to think about eating so much of the time. Paraphrasing one psychologist on a similar topic. the question is not why do we eat, but what would we do if we didn't eat? You are so much more than your eating!
