Im beginning my next new journey of getting fit and losing weight

My name is Kayla, just call me Kay for short and im 21. Just from a small town in Arkansas, whos tired of being fat and overweight. Basiclly I sit on my bum at teh comp at all day hmph. What I want to do is try and change that, im hoping to try and become a vegetairian again for enviorment and health reasons. My Plan also includes ot try and go b ack to college as well, but right now thats a far stretch *sighs* also id like to apologize to everyone for having to see these disgusting pictures of me and my giant tummy and butt, hopefully over the nexct few months that will change *wink wink*

What can I say I was born a premature baby, so for first 2-3 yrs of my life I was sick alot and growing up I wasnt sickly thin, but I was thin and tall up until I was about 12-13. From then on I satrted having weight issues (mybe it was puberty? lol) my sophmore year of high school and up is when I satrted getting lazy and eating alot more, but since I dropped out of college and the past 3 year or so its gottong worse. Amazing how fast it goes by one day you dont sem so big and over night pack on 5- to 60 extra pounds! its crazy really. My main issue is sitting ion comp all day never exercising and eats tons fo sweets and fried foods. Its mostly bordom I think, think most of us eat out fo bordem relaly oer we stretch our stomachs so much we cant get full.

One thing I need to do is cut out ALL sweets and least go walkming for half an hour a day and slowly work my way up. Its goign to be hard though, I get grumpy and relaly o egde when I dont get suger, anyway I can do it! justa gotta look at my big (revolting) belly in the miror and picture how I used ot be

    wow the first step is to put your foot down and tell your mom no! stop bringing me this stuff or if you really want it reward yourself at least once a month depending how much you want to loose because you deprive yourself from something and then once you reach your goal and can have that piece of dessert that's when the weight starts kicking in again you have keep motivated and learn how to keep the weight off

    Hey! I got really busy with moving to a new house and getting settled in, why I haven't been around for a while. But I'm back now!!! I've been working out everyday and now fit into my old jeans which is fantastic!! I still have so far to go but I'm going to hang in there. My brother's wedding is in August so there will be a bunch of family photo's to look forward to lol. Need to be ready for those suckers!

    How have you been!??! How is everything going? I hope you check in more frequently so we can talk on a regular basis =]
