Lost 50 pounds a few years ago and was able to come off my BP Medicine. Since then I have gained 20 of it back. My goal is to lose that weight before March 4th.

My Goals:
Well I have accomplished my first goal of getting to the median weight for my size. I am going to now start working on building up muscle tone, and work on some cardio. Working on building muscles will help me become a better climber. I might look into yoga also. By what I have read yoga helps mind and body. Can definitely use more flexibility when it comes to reaching for that foot hold!

My Program:
1.) My plan is to watch what I eat. The food tracker on the app is still awesome.
2.) Start a weight lifting program.
3.) Work on the couch to 5k program.
4.) Possibly pick up yoga in the next year...?

Personal Information:
I am currently working in retail and at a freight company. I enjoy doing anything outdoorsy. You name it I would probably like to do it.

Thanks everyone. No news on my blood tests yet. I am sure they will be fine though. will be spending the same amount of money on gym membership. Worth the trade off I think. emoticon
