Changing My Life

I am a single mother of 4 great kids. Over the years I have let the weight gain up on me and now its time to take back control. Going it alone is a little slow and I feel that if I had a buddy I would work harder and have more fun. = )

My Goals:
To lose the weight and be healthy, be happy with my body and be able to play and have fun with my kids without feeling like I'm going to pass out after 10 minutes.

My Program:
I am currently doing Turbo Fire Advanced and Hip Hop Abs. I am also incorporating strength workouts with dumbbells. I don't diet but I have changed the types and quantities of food that I eat.

Other Information:
I love to read and there are a few shows on tv that I hate to miss. Ghost Whisperer, Medium and the Biggest Loser.
