I'm working on the C25K plan. I finished the first week right before I got sick on Wednesday. I am supposed to be on a liquid diet for the weekend, which caused me to drink sugary drinks (Gatorade, juice, etc) and eat not-so-clean things (canned soups, popsicles, jello, etc). I got pretty fed up with that quickly and went back to eating today. Hopefully it will be ok. So far so good. I have lost 4 lbs., but I'm sure it's because I've been so sick, not for the right reasons.
I plan to get back to the gym on Monday or Tuesday, depending on how I feel. I am pretty proud to say that we haven't eaten any meal out since Monday. I know that's only 5 days, but we were eating out WAY too much...sometimes multiple meals in a day. I spent all day on Tuesday preparing the meals for the week and it worked out beautifully. The daily cooking went smoothly and took very little time. I think this is something that I want to do each week to save myself time on the school nights.
What kind of exercise plan are you doing? Keep up the awesome work!!
