ty for youre in courge ment. i really needed to hear that you guys are there to support me.way to go on youre 6 lbs you lost.Remember no matter how hard things get dont turn back to food. It will just dis courage you.also when you get hungryjust drink some water or something plus keep youre self innertained with a project by youreself or with the kids.remember it will get warm soon then you have all that yard to do stuff in.im here for you i feel you will lose the weight you want cause we are women. and we rule everything.love you keep it up.plz dont give up we are in this together cuz. emoticon
