I am newly single , loosing my husband two years ago , and trying to find my new normal. I am concentrating on my right now to stay healthy as I am a cancer survivor. I want to lose 46 more lbs.

to loose 45 lbs, walk 3+times a week, eat more fruit/veggies

My Program:
i volunteer at a hospital and walk 1-2 miles daily
adding new fruits/veggies I have not previously eaten

Wow...some major life changes and challenges but as you said...it's all about you now! Enjoy the journey. Learn new ways to nourish your body daily and move a little more today than yesterday. Take time to smell the roses and take in the beautiful things on your walks :)

It sounds like you have already shown how strong you are for being a cancer survivor and recently losing your spouse.
