My Goals:
I'm taking this one pair of jeans at a time.

My current goal... to shrink out of my size 16 jeans and back into my 14s.

The next goal... to get into my 12's.

And my final goal... to get all the way back into the 10s.

My Program:
Generally healthy eating, not low-carb or super-low-fat. but focusing on healthy proteins, lowfat dairy, nuts, and complex carbs. It's not any one approach, just rigorous journaling to keep calories in range, and keeping an eye on the nutritional profile to make sure that I get enough calcium and protein, and don't overdo on simple carbohydrates.

I'm also allowing myself a glass of wine with dinner, which really improves satisfaction with the meal, and slows the meal down. That's a lovely use of 84 calories!

I'm trying to avoid the super-processed diet junk foods (like WW products), and instead focus my eating on healthy choices.

And, of course, I'm exercising. I'm trying to focus this time more on sustainable exercise-- daily walking or biking and a light strength-training routine, rather than trying to get super-buff and then falling off the wagon because I can't keep up the time in the gym.

Sweating away, as recommended. Found I am preferring to walk (I live in a great walking neighborhood, trees and old houses and sidewalks and LOTS of hills). Bought a kit with a balance ball, two soft weighted balls and a stretchy thing, for basic strength training and abs, cuz I'm finding that I'd ratherwork out at home in odd hours. Only problem is that now I'm having to fight the girls for them!
