My Goals:
My goal is to lose 50 lbs by November 2010. I would like to lose more, but right now I'll just work diligently on losing the 50 lbs.
My Program:
My program consists of walking Monday - Friday for 30-45 minutes. I also will be doing strength exercises Monday, Wednesday and Friday for 30 minutes. I will be doing three square meals with a snack at the end of the day.
