My motivation is me. I want to feel and look the way I use to and that will take a little bit of work, but all worth it in the end. Less stress, feel better, better self perception and better state of mind. The other motivation is what you see to the left. It is my girls.

I hope through this journey I find the courage and strength to fully live out my life and chase my dreams.

It all started many years ago when I was 25 and weighed 173 pounds. I had several health issues due to my weight and was looking for the easy way out. The magic pill to loose weight and was in denial about my role in the process was. Lost some weight and was about 155 pounds for a number ofyears. Then when a coworker of mine turned 30 it was the end of her life. She had so many regrets with what she did and did not do. I snapped out of it and decided that I was not going to have regrets about my weight or health or happiness. So, I joined a gym and learned more about exercise and food and variety of several things. Before I turned 29 I reached an all time low in my weight of 125. The last time I weighed this amount I was in 6th grade. Since then I have made my health a priority through my food, vitamins/supplements, and exercise. I strayed for a bit after I found myself pregnant. In my 6th month of pregnancy I had to stop exercising because my body started to metabolize things faster. I found it difficult to get back into after awhile only because I did not make it a priority in my life. I was tired and had no energy with the two kids and was very negative in my mind set. I was hard to be around.

Nonetheless, I came to grips with the fact that I needed to take control of this area of my life again. To feel good again I needed to pay attention to my diet, my vitamin/supplements, my exercise and most recently my mind set. Within two weeks after my reality of changing my diet and adding my vitamins/supplements back in, I noticed a change. Then added exercise and felt even better after two more weeks. At the end of February 2008 I made a choice to think and act positively. I have a choice in how I do things and how I react and how I think about things.

Slowly, but surely I am transforming into the once happy healthy person I was. She is coming out again and I am grateful to all that has help aid me with this journey and continues to aid me in this journey. Friends, family, strangers welcome!

My Goals:
My dream goal would be to be a fit model. I know that this is a stretch for the average person, but with small steps towards this goal I will be happy with it all.

My Program:
Balance of eating right and exercise. Taking my vitamins and staying consistent is key.

Forgive my slip ups and understand that this is for the long run not just today.

Other Information:
Life is what you make of it. No regrets and live today.

Breathe in and out. In with the good and positive and out with the bad and negative.
